Using the site
You're welcome to browse, design, and order as a guest or with an account. Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use the AI/Guided Studio tools to generate content that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright.
Accounts
Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, and you can delete your account and its data at any time by emailing us. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we receive when you sign in and how it's handled.
Custom orders
Every sign is made to order from the design you approve. Because of that, orders can't be changed once production starts — see our Refund Policy for details.
Design ownership
Designs you create with our Studio tools for your own order are yours to use for personal display. BarnSigns retains the right to use finished sign photography for our own marketing unless you ask us not to.
No warranty
The site and studio tools are provided as-is. We work hard to make sure designs, pricing, and availability shown are accurate, but occasional errors can happen — we'll always reach out before charging you anything different from what you approved.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BarnSigns isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BarnSigns operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
