Privacy Policy
Last updated July 9, 2026. This page explains what information BarnSigns collects when you shop, design, or create an account with us, and how it's used.
What we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or use the AI/Guided Studio tools, we collect the name, email address, shipping address, and design details you give us. Account and order data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider.
Signing in with Google
BarnSigns uses Google Sign-In as its only sign-in method. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use that information solely to create and maintain your BarnSigns account — so you can save designs and see your orders. We never post to your Google account, never access anything else in it, and never sell or share this information with advertisers or data brokers. It's stored with Supabase, our authentication provider, and you can delete it at any time (see "Your choices" below). BarnSigns' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Payments
Payments are processed directly by Stripe. BarnSigns never sees or stores your full card number — Stripe handles that securely on its own hosted checkout page.
Order confirmations, shipping updates, and studio/design emails are sent through Resend, our transactional email provider. We only email you about your account, orders, or a request you've made — we don't sell your email address, and we don't send marketing email you haven't asked for.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart and sign-in session working across pages. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Sharing your information
We don't sell your personal information. It's shared only with the service providers above (Stripe for payment, Supabase for account storage, Resend for email) strictly to run the store and studio tools, and with makers/shippers as needed to produce and ship your order.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing thebarnsigns@gmail.com.
